Here is "Mie Pangsit" i cooked the other weekend:)
Mie Pangsit known as Noodles soup with mince pork or chicken/ beef, its also similiar to Bakmi . Beside Bakso, Mie Pangsit is also one of the famous nibble in where i come from "Medan".
Some restaurant served Mie Pangsit with boiled egg and fried/steam dumpling.
